Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the expected timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. If your order is delayed by more than 7 business days, you will receive £5 store credit as a goodwill gesture.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, it can be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery at no additional cost for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team via the contact us page or via email as soon as possible with your order details and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged item.
